We brought Operators Teaching Operators back to Seattle for an evening on a rooftop deck overlooking Elliott Bay. Three operators each shared a specific lesson from inside their business: what they tried, what they learned, and what other operators can take from it.
Jeff McRitchie, Co-Founder of MyBinding, showed how his team uses ChatGPT and Excel to improve product data across thousands of SKUs for pennies. Roy Steves, Co-Founder of Poolaroo, walked through how Poolaroo tracks competitor pricing and dynamically prices its catalog to protect margin. Nathan Decker, Director of E-commerce at evo, shared lessons from migrating a 20-year-old proprietary platform to Shopify.
Each talk was followed by live Q&A and time for the room to connect.
